The health and safety of our team, customers, and the greater community is very important to us. Much like the rest of the world, we have been keeping a close eye on the progress of COVID-19 and taking whatever precautions necessary to ensure that we are on top of the situation.

As of the present, we have decided that the responsible thing is to temporarily transfer most of our office staff to work remotely. This means that all our retail offices nationally will be closed to the public starting from the 23rd of March 2020 and until further notice. Sales and Customer support will still be available by calling 1300 765 537 or submitting an online contact form.

Our factories remain operational and we will continue manufacturing garage doors throughout this crisis. Garage door remotes and commonly requested parts may be ordered through our online store. All other services, including garage door repairs, sales, and installs, will also continue as usual.

We want to remind our customers that there is no reason to panic and that many of these retail space closures (including our own) are occurring purely as a precaution to protect the most vulnerable persons in our population, and to help our healthcare system not get overwhelmed by everyone getting sick at once.
